Privacy Notice

Last revised: September 29, 2026

We respect your privacy. This notice tells you what personal data Fundorra holds, why we hold it, who we pass it to, how long we store it, and the choices you have. It covers the platform and all of the services on it.

1. The data we hold

  • Proof of identity — your full name, date of birth, nationality, an official ID document and, if required, a selfie photo or short video used to confirm you are a real person.
  • Ways to reach you — your email address, phone number and home address.
  • Money and trading records — deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, bank account details, balances and the trades you have made.
  • Device and usage data — your IP address, details of your device and browser, and records of your sessions.
  • Conversations with us — anything you write to our support team in chats or tickets.

Because ID documents, biometric checks and financial records are sensitive, we only collect them when the law or a specific service requires it, and fewer staff can see them than can see ordinary account data.

2. Reasons for processing

  • Running your account and processing your deposits, trades and withdrawals.
  • Confirming who you are and complying with anti-money-laundering and sanctions rules.
  • Preventing and looking into fraud, hijacked accounts and market manipulation.
  • Answering your questions and giving you support.
  • Protecting the platform and fixing technical problems.
  • Sending you messages about the service. Marketing is sent only if you have agreed to it, and you can opt out whenever you want.

Fundorra does not sell personal data — ever.

3. Cookies

Cookies and your browser's local storage keep you signed in, save your preferences and show us how well the platform is running. The essential ones can't be turned off without stopping you from reaching your account. You can delete or block the others in your browser, though parts of the site might then stop working properly.

4. Sharing your data

  • Verification partners, who confirm your documents and run sanctions and politically exposed person searches.
  • Payment firms and blockchain analytics services that move money for us and help us judge the risk of a wallet address.
  • Hosting and cybersecurity suppliers contracted to run and protect the platform.
  • Regulators, police and courts when the law requires us to hand over information, or when we need it to make or defend a legal claim.

These suppliers may use your data only as we instruct, must keep it confidential, and cannot use it for anything of their own. Before data is sent abroad, we sign contracts that protect it.

5. Keeping it safe

Your data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored. Only employees who need it for a particular job can open it, and a record is kept each time they do. Our systems are tested and patched regularly, and we have a response plan for suspected breaches. No security is perfect, so if a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, we will inform you and the relevant regulator promptly.

6. Retention periods

Financial and anti-money-laundering laws require us to keep account, identity and transaction records — normally for five years or more after your account closes. Chat transcripts and technical logs are deleted sooner. Once a retention period is over, we erase the data or make it permanently anonymous.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. If we use your data because you consented, you can withdraw that consent. We may be unable to meet some requests because the law requires us to keep records; if so, we will tell you why. Send any request to us through live chat.

8. Minors

Fundorra is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data about younger people; should an account turn out to belong to an under-18, it is shut down and any data we have no legal duty to retain is erased.

9. Updates

When this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with its effective date. If a change makes a significant difference to how we use your data, we will contact you directly before it applies.
